Now seems like a good time to check in with everyone and share some thoughts on how we might Think Positive while we #stayathome.

Everyone is dealing with this Covid-19 situation in their own way. Some are lucky enough to have their own space and can do what they like, but may feel lonely. Others are lucky to have company, but may not feel lucky if space is limited, families can be demanding and stressful, and even your besty can get irritating when you’re together 24/7.

So, what can we all do?

Here’s a list of 50 Positive Thoughts and Affirmations. Choose your favourites and remind yourself what’s good about today…
